Elevate Contractors Prep School — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Elevate Contractors Prep School services, websites, online courses, and communities. By accessing or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Our Services

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Not share your login credentials

• Not copy, redistribute, or resell our content

• Use our services for personal educational purposes only

• Follow community guidelines inside Circle or any group we provide

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Purchases & Billing

When you purchase a course, membership, or product:

• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Systeme.io

• You agree to pay all applicable fees shown at checkout

3. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, all sales are final due to the digital nature of our content, immediate access, and downloadable materials.

If your purchase included a guarantee, the conditions of that guarantee will be stated clearly on the checkout page.

4. Access to Courses & Community

You receive access for the duration listed on the sales page (i.e., 90 days, 365 days, or lifetime depending on your purchase).

We reserve the right to remove access for:

• Violations of community rules

• Harassment or inappropriate behavior

• Attempts to share or resell our intellectual property

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including:

• Videos

• PDFs

• Workbooks

• Flashcards

• Practice exams

• Coaching calls

• Branding and design

• Website content

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share any content.

6. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:

• You will pass your exam

• You will receive a contractor’s license

• You will earn more income

Your results depend on your effort, dedication, and adherence to guidelines.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the California State License Board (CSLB).

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data

• Business interruption

• Loss of revenue

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
